Construction Inspections & Reports

The Construction (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regulations requires for a number of site related inspections to be carried out and reported. Under the Construction (Design, Management) Regulations, this information may well be requested by the Planning Supervisor for the site Health and Safety File. 

Typically this includes but is not limited to scaffold, excavations, lifting equipment etc where suitable and sufficient provision and arrangements are required. 

Inspections must be carried out by competent person(s) and records of same must be retained.
