Often these are hazards within our workplace that are not readily appreciated or adequately addressed. For instance does your workplace contain asbestos and are there adequate management controls in place? Have you a Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Inventory and what to do should an incident occur? Do you have adequate and sufficient arrangements in place for all types of substances, particularly those that are used in any special processes?
